The Black Ice 30 from Exped is a pared back pack for mountain and climbing tours, here in blue with orange accents. The main compartment closes with a roll top and keeps wet weather away from the contents, and the removable back plate serves as a seat pad at a rest stop. There is no lid and there are no extra pockets, but gear can be attached on the outside using the daisy chain.
