Contacting us
If you contact us through a form or by email, we store what you tell us in order to deal with your enquiry and in case there are follow up questions. We do not pass this data on without your consent.
Orders and performance of the contract
To process your order we handle your name, address, email address and the details needed for payment. This data is necessary for the performance of the contract and for taking steps prior to entering into it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Without this data we cannot conclude the contract.
We only pass data to third parties where this is necessary in order to perform the contract: to the payment service provider to process the payment, to the shipping company to deliver the goods, and to our tax adviser so that we can meet our obligations under tax law.
How long we keep your data
We keep data from the contractual relationship until the statutory retention periods under tax and commercial law have expired, and delete it afterwards. Data from abandoned orders is deleted.

Newsletter
You can subscribe to our newsletter. For that we need your email address and your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time, through the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to info@mountainspirit.it. We then delete the data we hold in connection with sending the newsletter.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data infringes data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome.
Changes
We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy, in particular if the law changes or if our services change.
