Pay securely and conveniently, whenever and however it suits you best.

Payment methods

Credit and debit card

We accept the usual cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and UnionPay. Payment is encrypted and handled securely.

PayPal

Simple, secure and in real time. At the end of the checkout you are taken straight to PayPal over an encrypted connection. You can pay as a registered customer or as a guest.

Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay

If your device or your browser supports one of these wallets, it appears during checkout by itself. You then do not have to enter your card details.

Klarna

Selectable during checkout, provided Klarna accepts your order. Klarna sets the terms and any costs and shows them to you there.

Gift card

You redeem a Mountainspirit gift card during checkout. Any remaining balance stays on the card and can be used later.

Prices

The prices that apply are those in force at the time of the order. All prices are final prices and include VAT at the statutory rate. Shipping costs are not included in the price shown, you will find them under Delivery and shipping costs.

Unless stated otherwise, the prices refer to the items shown as described, not to accessories or props.

Customs and other charges

We currently deliver only within the European Union. Import duties and import VAT therefore do not apply.

Prices online and in store

The prices in the online shop apply to orders placed through this shop. They can differ from the prices in our store. Certain items are only available online.

Mountainspirit reserves the right to exclude individual payment methods. The amount is charged when the order is completed. The goods remain the property of Mountainspirit until they have been paid for in full.
