Withdraw from contract here

You can withdraw from a purchase made in our online shop within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. The deadline is met if you send your withdrawal before the period expires.

You can also withdraw by email to info@mountainspirit.it or by letter to Mountain Spirit SNC di Plattner Guenther & C., Zwölfmalgreiner Straße 8B, 39100 Bolzano (BZ), Italy. Please give us your name and the order number.

In our assessment there is no right of withdrawal for a hire that you book for particular days (Art. 59 comma 1 lettera n Codice del Consumo). How to cancel such a booking is set out in the refund policy.

Declare your withdrawal

Fill in the required fields and press “Confirm withdrawal”. Straight afterwards this page shows you what reached us, with date and time.

You will find it in the order confirmation we emailed you.

We send the acknowledgement of receipt to this address. Ideally the one you ordered with.

If you leave this empty, the withdrawal covers the whole order.

Your declaration

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the goods in this order. If I name individual items above, the withdrawal covers only those.

You do not have to give a reason.
