Long Bar ND

The Long Bar ND is a longer linking bar for crampons and replaces the standard bar when a wider adjustment range is needed. That way you can switch quickly from a larger to a smaller boot size, entirely without tools. The pin on the crampon locks into the chosen position. We are happy to work out in the shop which model fits your crampon.
