Grivel Long Bar

The Long Bar from Grivel is a longer centre bar for the brand's own crampons. It replaces the standard bar and extends the adjustment range, so that the same crampon also fits larger boots. The row of holes is numbered, the pin on the crampon locks into the chosen position, and the change works without tools, for example when one pair is worn by several people.
